Questions & Support

We’re here to help you use your resources confidently.

Questions or Support

If you have questions about a product, download access, licensing, or anything related to your purchase, we’re happy to help. Rooted & Growing is built for real families and real churches, and we want your experience to be smooth and encouraging from start to finish.

Most questions can be answered on this page, but if you need direct assistance, please email us at orders@rooted-and-growing.com. When reaching out, include your order email and the name of the product you purchased so we can respond quickly and accurately.

We typically respond within one to two business days. If you do not see a reply, please check your spam or promotions folder before sending a follow-up message.

Using Digital Downloads

All Rooted & Growing resources are delivered as instant digital downloads. After secure payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where your files can be accessed immediately. A receipt will also be sent to your email for your records.

Files are provided in PDF format. You can open them on most computers, tablets, and smartphones using a standard PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or any built-in PDF viewer.

For best results when printing:

  • Use standard US Letter or A4 paper unless otherwise noted.
  • Print at 100 percent scale to avoid resizing distortions.
  • Use cardstock for flashcards or activity pieces that need durability.

If a file does not download correctly, try refreshing your browser or using a different device. If problems continue, email us and we will ensure you receive access to your purchase.

Homeschool Ideas

Rooted & Growing resources are designed to be flexible. You do not need to follow a rigid system to benefit from them. Many families incorporate our materials into morning time, language studies, Bible lessons, or quiet independent work.

Here are a few simple ways to use your resources effectively:

  • Read Scripture aloud before beginning worksheets to anchor learning in context.
  • Use discussion questions to prompt thoughtful conversation rather than rushing to written answers.
  • Rotate subjects throughout the week to prevent fatigue and maintain engagement.
  • Pair printable lessons with real-life activities such as baking, drawing, memorization, or music.

Remember that consistency matters more than intensity. Even fifteen focused minutes a day can produce meaningful growth over time. These tools are meant to serve your home, not burden it.

If you ever feel overwhelmed, simplify. Choose one lesson, complete it well, and move forward steadily.

Church Use Guidelines

We are grateful when churches use Rooted & Growing materials to serve children and families. Each purchase includes a single-user license for personal or classroom use.

For small group or classroom settings within a church, you may print copies for students in your immediate ministry context. Files may not be redistributed digitally, shared publicly, or uploaded to shared drives accessible outside your team.

If your church would like a broader ministry license for multiple classrooms or campus-wide use, please contact us at orders@rooted-and-growing.com for a custom arrangement.

We ask that all materials remain unaltered in branding and attribution. You may adapt teaching delivery, but please do not remove logos or resell content.

Our goal is to support churches faithfully and sustainably while protecting the integrity of the work that has been prayerfully created.
